One of two luxe properties on the estate, Villa Alma is surrounded by verdant swathes of landscaped gardens, leafy vineyards and scented pine forests. The modern, yet classically Mediterranean-style two-storey villa is peppered with hand-picked artworks and objects from around the world, alongside some wonderfully colourful contemporary pieces. Italian design pieces feature in many of the rooms, adding to the laid-back sophistication of the villa’s light-filled rooms.
Polished concrete floors throughout are dressed with beautiful rugs and complemented by rustic touches and crisp white walls. Airy-yet-cosy spaces flow naturally together, with the main living space combining a comfy lounge, dining area and modern kitchen perfect for relaxing indoors. But you’ll more likely want to spend your days lounging by the shimmering pool under the dappled palm tree shade or strolling the fragrant grounds while gazing out over the breathtaking Mallorcan countryside.
Not only is the villa’s saltwater pool big enough for a decent swim, but over the cooler months you can heat it to take the chill out of the water. Its surrounding wood deck is also lined with swish wave-shaped loungers shaded by leaf-like parasols. If you fancy sizzling up your own fare, there’s a dedicated barbecue area with a choice of a traditional grill or Big Green Egg kamado cooker. Inside a fully equipped kitchen also has everything you’ll need, but you can also just lay back and have the on-hand cook arrange any of your meals.
When it comes to things to do, you’re also spoilt for choice. The two villas share a tennis court, plus you’ll find a private outside gym, table tennis and basketball hoop at your disposal. Indoor entertainment includes a full-size pool table and state-of-the-art home cinema with plenty of TV and movies on demand through the villa’s speedy Wi-Fi. And when you’re ready to retire, there are five, beautifully decorated bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and Schramm beds with crisp cotton linen to aid the perfect night’s slumber.
