“Abstract murals and designer lighting add playful and arty elements…while a soothing palette of calming tones puts you instantly into relaxation mode.”
Set in the scenic southeast corner of Mallorca, the location of this charming finca-style property is just one of its many highlights. As well as being surrounded by pretty Santanyi campo, some of the island’s most scenic coastline is a short drive away – including the stunning beaches of S’Amarador and Cala Mondragó. But you’ll likely be equally content just staying put, whether you’re cooling off in the infinity pool or sizzling up some lunch on the poolside barbecue, this beautifully finished luxury villa is sure to provide the perfect setting for your memorable holiday moments.
Few villas on the island manage to combine soulful rustic Mallorca and gorgeous boho-chic with quite as much aplomb and this holiday finca. An abundance of country-style elements – from natural stone walls and wood beams to flagstone floors – set a charmingly traditional tone. But to this, they have added characterful design choices such as tree-trunk tables and driftwood chairs for that breezy island vibe. Abstract murals and designer lighting add playful and arty elements, too, while a soothing palette of calming tones puts you instantly into relaxation mode.
Step outside into the garden, and you’re treated to a perfectly landscaped Mediterranean garden. A large south-facing sun terrace is surrounded by manicured lawns and scented flora while elegant cypress trees gently sway in the breeze. Add to the scene broad views over the picturesque Santanyi countryside, and you have an idyllic slice of rustic-luxe in which to enjoy your Mallorca holiday.
At 12 x 4 metres, the mosaic-tiled infinity pool is big enough for a swim, or just to cool off in while soaking up the lovely vistas. Flop onto a cushioned lounger, or head to the canopied Bali bed if you really want to spread out – it’s a great spot for a poolside siesta too. You can also take a break from the sun in the stone pool hut, plus there’s a hot tub in the corner of the terrace. There’s a petanque pitch nearby if the need for activity grabs you.
Also poolside is a summer kitchen, complete with purpose-built charcoal or wood barbecue and a long dining table for lingering lunches. Inside, the stylish open-plan kitchen-diner has stone worktops and wood accents, and comes equipped with top-end appliances and filtered water on-tap. A cosy lounge includes a corner snug, perfect for curling up with a book.
Up to ten guests can be accommodated across five bedrooms, two on the ground floor and three upstairs. All rooms are beautifully understated, with ensuite bathrooms and walk-in showers; the master suite adds a freestanding tub and double sink. One of the ground-floor rooms features French doors leading onto the terrace and its own private pergola too. The other is perfect for kids with a bunk bed and the possibility of adding extra beds.
