The main house is built over 527 square metres, offering an impressive amount of room that includes a total of six bedrooms, plus there’s a separate studio apartment annex. Totally updated in 2019, the luxury villa boasts beautifully airy interiors, characterised by elegant clean lines, crisp white walls and a soothing palette of earthy neutral tones. Stylish designer furnishings also add to the chic contemporary vibe throughout.
The heart of the house is a large open-plan living area that combines a comfy lounge with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a breakfast table. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors mean plenty of natural sunlight pours in, which also slide open to connect the space with the outside lounge and dining area with a long table. The Details
With its wonderfully flowing freeform design, even by Ibiza standards, the pool at Sa Caleta Bay is a real beauty. Beach-style entry point means you can wade straight in, and float around its 125 square metres while soaking up the views of the stunning natural surroundings. There are plenty of loungers to dry off on after, as well as a pool house with comfy U-shaped sofa seating.
There’s loads to do to keep active, too. A glass-sided, air-conditioned gym comes complete with an exercise bike, elliptical trainer, treadmill, rowing and weight machines and punch bag, plus views out to Formentera. A paddle court is flood-lit for nighttime play and there’s a boule area for something a little more sedate. Indoors, a games room also offers American pool, darts and a home cinema set up.
