This elegantly understated villa offers a finely crafted example of traditional Ibiza-style architecture presented in a fresh contemporary design. Terracotta tiles and exposed beams complement the more modern elements of the house, such as warm wood panelling, designer lighting and crisp white walls. All has been renovated throughout to a high-spec, clean-lined finish though still with an inviting and home-from-home vibe.

The main living area is a lovely light-filled space comprising lounge, dining and kitchen, which can be separated by a sliding wooden panel. From here, a pair of big glass doors open directly onto the sunny pool terrace, providing that Mediterranean blend of indoor and outdoor living. Secluded but wonderfully open, the villa garden feels semi-tamed with a pretty mixture of cacti, pine trees and lavender whose scent carried on the warm breeze. A short path also leads from the gardens into a lovely pine forest great for walks or runs.

Surrounding the villa’s long shimmering swimming pool you’ll find plenty of places to relax, from comfy loungers to cosy seating areas. A heavy wood poolside dining table makes a lovely spot for long lingering lunches or balmy dinners.  An outdoor kitchen with Broil King gas barbecue is also on hand to grill some fresh local seafood.

Inside, the kitchen style is elegantly minimalist but boasts a wide range of top-spec appliances including Smeg stove top and oven and Liebherr fridge. A Sonos sound system also helps set the holiday mood. The house has three bedrooms where simple minimalist decor is complemented with chunky rustic furnishings, plus an extra loft with a sofa bed which can be separated off. A master bedroom on the ground floor includes a double ensuite and its own private terrace. A first-floor bedroom also has an ensuite, plus a balcony overlooking the pool.
