The main house is arranged around open-plan living. The kitchen sits at the centre and connects directly to both the indoor dining area and the main lounge, forming one continuous living space. From here, large doors open onto the terraces, extending the usable space outdoors.
There are two main dining areas. Inside, a large table is positioned within the main living space and works for shared meals at any time of day. Outside, a second dining area sits beneath shaded cover beside the garden and pool, used for both lunch and evening dining.
Five bedrooms are split between the main house and a guest house, offering privacy and separation for guests. Each room is designed with a simple, calm material palette, soft finishes and views towards the surrounding landscape.
The outdoor areas are structured around the pool and garden. A heated swimming pool sits at the centre, with shaded terraces, sunbathing areas and open lawn spaces arranged around it. The layout supports long, unstructured days outdoors, with easy transitions between sun and shade.
Well being facilities are fully integrated into the property. A private gym supports daily training, while a sauna and traditional hammam provide a more relaxed pace. A separate office space offers a quiet, practical area for remote work, positioned away from the main living areas but still connected to the house.
