It’s also in one of the island’s most sought-after neighbourhoods, Cala Jondal, with easy access to Ibiza Town and the scenic southwest coast. The Design
Framed by crisp whitewashed facade and honey-hued stone, chunky dark wood double doors lead inside this charming and stylishly modern villa. From the reception area, you step directly into the big-yet-comfy lounge, complete with huge U-shaped sofa, feature fireplace and wall-to-wall windows that look out over the terrace. To one side is a snug with circular table and the other the kitchen and breakfast area. Cool polished concrete floors and white walls form the backdrop to rustic-chic furnishings, Moroccan touches, and colourful contemporary artworks.

The Details
The villa’s 11-metre swimming pool has been elegantly integrated into the main terrace, with a shallow paddling section, submerged wall and steps that lead into the water. The pool can be heated during the cooler months. Lining the surrounding wooden decking are single and double loungers, plus two canopied daybeds, ideal for an afternoon alfresco siesta. Well-rested, why not head down one level to the tennis court for a game, complete with ‘smart court’ surface and spectator zone with loungers.
You’ll also find around the grounds three outdoor dining areas and two barbecues, one electric and one gas. Inside, a conveniently compact kitchen comes complete with quality appliances including a glass-fronted fridge.
