With its traditional terracotta tiling, crisp Ibiza-style whitewash and natural stone accents, Casa Moli is a freshly revamped villa that still channels the soul of the original building. Bright and airy spaces flow together naturally, between open-plan living and dining areas and out onto expansive terraces perfect for alfresco lunches, poolside basking and relaxing under dappled shade.
There’s a breezy modern Balearic vibe throughout this inviting and understated holiday home, where outside lounging areas encourage mingling as much as slipping into a restorative afternoon siesta. Exposed wood plays a lead role, from the pool decking to the chunky dining tables to the driftwood-style railings which, together with palm frond detailing, all add to the property’s laid-back, island-life feel. And if you need a reminder of where you are, the villa’s hillside setting affords sweeping panoramas out to Ibiza’s west coast, the shimmering sea and Isla de Esparto just offshore.
A holiday must, the good-sized swimming pool provides plenty of room for cooling off in the Mediterranean sunshine. You’ll find four loungers sharing two parasols to dry under, while a cushioned double daybed offers some serious poolside comfort. There are two comfy sitting areas outside, too, one by the pool and another elevated area where you can enjoy the best views and those superb sunsets.
All the practical conveniences are obviously taken care of, with a modern kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and pod coffee maker. A double American-style fridge-freezer also means you can really stock up for your stay. There are four bedrooms in all, one with its own ensuite bathroom and another extending to a balcony overlooking the pool. Completing this family-friendly stay is a fabulous wooden treehouse with a swing where the little ones can play while you kick back and savour your precious holiday time in peace.
