The Main Villa includes a master bedroom with en-suite and study/nursery. There’s an additional king-size bedroom with en-suite, and an open, spacious kitchen with pantry connected to a dining and living room with a fireplace. The patio doors open up to the garden and pool views. The Guest Villa offers two king-size bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one queen-size bedroom with en-suite, a living room with a television and fireplace, and a dedicated dining room.
Outside is a Mediterranean garden, three expansive terraces offering sea views, a pergola also with sea views and a large teak dining table accommodating 16-18 guests. There’s an additional Ibiza-style al fresco dining area suitable for 12-14 guests, barbecue facilities, table tennis, and a 6m x 14m swimming pool situated on a 250m² wooden deck.
Available amenities include fiber optic internet, air conditioning in all bedrooms, underfloor heating for cosy winter stays, three Smart televisions, a music system, and private parking. Services provided include weekly bed linen changes, bi-weekly bathroom linen changes, swimming pool towels, sunbeds and parasols, regular gardener and pool maintenance, and villa cleaning three times per week, for 4 hours each time.
