The lively and colourful little town of Filandia – the dreamiest day trip from Finca Quindio – sits at the heart of Colombia’s fascinating coffee-growing region and is home to sherbet-toned, houses, candy-stripe churches salsa-playing coffee shops galore. It’s less touristy than nearby Salento and the surrounding lush coffee countryside is great to explore by bicycle.
