While this fabulous villa gets top marks for setting, it certainly scores high for looks, too. A contemporary take on the traditional Ibiza-style architecture, the property has that cool, clean-lined aesthetic balanced with sections of honey-hued natural stone. Inside is a treat for the eyes as well, with polished concrete flooring and white walls providing a minimalist light-filled backdrop for calming earth tones, natural patterned fabrics and beach-themed touches. Swish mid-century-style furnishings add more than a little chic.
Just off the lounge and kitchen areas, big glass doors open up to the villa’s equally stylish outside space. A sun-drenched terrace is focused on the sleek swimming pool, and surrounded by sculpted shrubbery, tropical flora and wall-clad bougainvillaea. Upstairs is a spacious terrace, too, where plenty of comfy seating and glass panelling allow you to enjoy the glorious sea views to the fullest.
At 60 square metres, the swimming pool is large enough for a few strokes and perfect for cooling down on blazing summer days. You’ll also find a lovely wood-decked shower just by the pool to rinse off after. For poolside lounging you have a choice of deck chairs or sunbeds, with pool towels also provided. A long dining table here also means sunny lunches gazing over the sea or alfresco dinners under the stars.
The sleek modern kitchen offers everything you need for cooking up meals, including a Nespresso machine for your morning coffee and ice machine for evening cocktails. If you prefer your food flame grilled, there’s a gas barbecue too, plus a portable Bluetooth speaker so you can play music inside and out.
The villa has four bedrooms, two on each floor, and sleeping up to eight guests in double or twin beds. Each is air-conditioned and has their own bright ensuite bathroom with walk-in rainfall shower; the master suite adds a separate soaking tub with sea views, plus direct access to the first floor terrace.
