If you can tear yourself away from the spectacular views, the buzz of the port with its many bars, restaurants and boutiques is a 15-minute stroll, plus the golden sands of Camp de Mar are a short drive away. The Design
Complete with swaying palm trees and vibrant bougainvillea, the entrance of this superb property is of a classically elegant Mediterranean villa – with little clue to its three cliff-set floors looking out to sea. Stepping inside, neutral contemporary interiors are bright and airy, with internationally sourced artworks and furniture providing vibrant splashes of colour and interest throughout. A lower level spa and fitness area opens onto the pool terrace and offers top-quality gym equipment, a shower room, and stylish seating in front of a steam fireplace. There is also a small kitchen on this floor and to ensure never missing out on the stunning vistas, plus this area boasts the seriously deluxe feature of sea-view sauna. Just outside, the bow-shaped infinity pool area with its wooden deck is designed to feel like the prow of a ship sailing towards the scenic horizon.
The Details
After cooling off in the infinity pool you’ll want to dry off on the poolside deck, either on a daybed or one of the cushioned rattan loungers. For more secluded moments, there is also a daybed set on the lawn, tucked away under the dappled shade of trees. A Sonos sound system helps set the holiday vibes both indoors and out, especially when soaking in the poolside jacuzzi, with yet more sea views, of course.
A fully equipped kitchen with top-range Miele appliances and three fridges mean you can easily prepare meals for those lingering lunches and sunset dinners. Sleeping 12 in total, the main house has four double bedrooms, three on the ground floor, and one on the floor above. The bedrooms are all playfully individual with crisp white linens and colourful cushions and artworks, and all have ensuite bathrooms. The top floor bedroom has the bonus of two private terraces. You’ll also find two more double bedrooms and bathrooms in the guest house, which also has its own kitchen.
