The Design
It won’t come as a surprise that this gorgeous piece of Mediterranean Modernism was designed by a pair of award-winning Ibiza-based architects. Built in 2014, its smooth lines, flowing spaces and abundant use of local marés stone combine to stunning effect – both inside and out. The villa’s H-shaped layout creates a central area to which the rest of the property elegantly connects. Wraparound floor-to-ceiling windows fill the interiors with sunlight, and slide open to make a seamless inside-outside living space. Decor is a stylishly understated blend of chunky rustic furnishings, calming neutral tones, and natural materials like jute and wicker. Top furniture brands such as Meridiani, Spool and Orson ensure a feeling of quality throughout.
Step outside and immaculately landscaped gardens comprise a large square of manicured lawn surrounded by flowering beds and scented plants. Just past here a large wood-decked terrace provides the perfect spot for gazing out over the fabulous coastal panorama.
